Germany, 1958 :

Bad Nauheim (water baths) (27K)

Kirchgö, outside the U.S. army base where I was stationed. (Left Photo, 35K): The double doors led to a stable/courtyard for animals. (Right Photo, 35K): The narrow streets struck me as particularly picturesque.

Kirchgö (where fruit trees lined the streets) and adjacent farmland. (32K, 30K)

Cincinnati:

Northside, Cincinnati, 1958 with Kirby Road School in the background. I believe the young man there is my brother Bill. We used to play baseball in the field across the street by the school. (39K)

My parents, Albert and Loretta Klosterman , (19K)

The family's first house, on Candlelight Terrace in Western Hills. This slide was actually shot on moving day in 1972, when we moved out due to my job transfer with the EPA to North Carolina. It was a sad day for the whole family. The blue Plymouth station wagen was the trustworthy "Family Truckster" for many years. My sons Don and Joe can be seen in the garage, riding their "Big Wheels" up the ramp into the truck. (45K)
